Market: US/CanadaOSI Pro Foam II Minimally Expanding Insulating Foam is a UL-classified multipurpose one-component moisture cure polyurethane foam in a 24 oz. pressurized container. OSI Pro Foam II is designed within the international guidelines for protection of the ozone layer. It uses a non-flammable and non-ozone depleting propellant / blowing agent. It is specially designed to be dispensed in bead form for filling gaps, cracks and holes in most types of construction projects to stop energy draining drafts. The closed-cell, energy saving foam insulates with an R-5 factor per inch of foam with slight to minimal expansion. OSI Pro Foam II adheres to all types of wood, metal, concrete, brick, glass, drywall, most plastics and other building materials. Does not contain urea formaldehyde or formaldehyde.

Harmful. Do not use if you have chronic lung or breathing problems, or if you have ever had a reaction to isocyanates. Ventilate area during use and until all vapors are gone. Wear appropriate respiratory protection (niosh approved) if potential to exceed exposure limits exists. If breathing problems occur during use, leave the area and get fresh air. If symptoms develop or persist, call a doctor or obtain emergency medical treatment. Eye and skin irritant. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Prolonged or repeated skin contact may lead to sensitization and dermatitis. Wash hands after using. Do not take internally. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal. Contents under pressure. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat from radiators, stoves, hot water and other heat sources that may cause bursting. Do not puncture, incinerate, burn, or store above 120 deg F. Potential Health Effects
Routes of Entry: Inhalation, Ingestion, Skin.
Eye Contact: Contact with eyes can cause eye irritation.
Skin Contact: Persons suffering from allergic reactions to isocyanates should avoid contact with the product. Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause skin irritation or allergic skin sensitization reaction. This product may discolor the skin. Cured material is difficult to remove.
Inhalation: Inhalation of mist or spray may be harmful. As a result of previous repeated overexposures or a single large dose, certain individuals will develop isocyanate sensitization (chemical asthma) which will cause them to react to a later exposure to isocyanate at levels well below the TLV. Chronic overexposure to isocyanates has been reported to cause lung damage. These symptoms, which can include chest tightness, wheezing, cough, shortness of breath or asthma attack, could be immediate or delayed (up to several hours after exposure). Persons suffering from allergic reactions to isocyanates should avoid contact with the product. May cause central nervous system effects with nausea, dizziness and headache. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal.
Ingestion: Can cause irritation of mucous membranes. Nausea.
Existing conditions aggravated by exposure: Respiratory disorders. Pre-existing skin or lung allergies may increase the chance of developing exaggerated allergic symptoms from exposure to this product. -

Handling information
Do not puncture or incinerate pressurized containers. Ensure adequate ventilation, especially in confined areas. Prevent contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not breathe vapor and mist. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of the reach of children. When using do not eat, drink or smoke. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Store between 50 deg F and 80 deg F. (10 deg and 27 deg C) Do not store above 49 deg C (120 deg F). Do not cut or weld container.

First Aid
Eye Contact: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 5 minutes. If irritation persists seek medical attention.
Skin Contact: Fresh foam : Wipe off affected skin area immediately with a soft cloth and then remove residues with vegetable oil; apply skin care product. Cured foam can be removed only mechanically. Immediately wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothes,
Inhalation: If inhaled, immediately remove the affected person to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If symptoms develop and persist, get medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting, seek medical advice immediately.
